The green name?
I get off colored name tags too. I let them slide. But if its red and looks like that, Well you know what to do 
It happens when a player is barking requests or team messages, then name flashes from blue to yellow to blue to yellow, it simply caught it in between colour changes.
i like that color..lol

I hope you don't mean something along the lines of banning, or even suspecting someone that has a red tag in a position like that.
