Look like a cheat to me, not sure what else it could be.
hmm on the right side you can see guy is using G36 so he is medic,and those croses looks like his team mate need medical help (cross is above his team mates if I am not worong)..but I never saw that before so dont know what to tell you about it?Sorry I am not sure it is cheat so would be nice if you can catch some more screens from that guy!
