Cheaters In Contributing Clans/organisations
From PunksBusted
Ok, this is our procedure for what you should do in the event you discover a clan/org member on the MBL.
For Clan/Org Admins
If you find one of your own MBL'd then: -
1.1 ) Inform us as soon as possible.
1.2 ) Remove the MBL'd player from your roster.
If you clean house yourself, your clan/org will not be punished by having your account deactivated.
If some third party informs us of an MBL'd player in your clan/org, then your account will be deactivated until the issue is resolved. See the next section.
Clans/orgs are of course allowed to appeal; however, the appeal is down to the player MBL'd. We will not accept appeals from third parties.
If the appeal is successful, then the account will be reactivated as soon as possible.
If the appeal fails, then the account will NOT be reactivated until: -
2.1 ) The cheater is removed from the clan/org.
2.2 ) A public post is made in a prominent location on the clan/org homepage saying the cheater has been removed.
For Everyone Else
If you find another clan/org with one or more players on the MBL, inform a staff member PRIVATELY. Posting publicly will not help the situation; and in fact, makes you look as though you have some sort of vendetta. This may well colour the process.
We will investigate and deactivate the streaming account found with a player on the MBL until the issue is resolved.
Notes
All decisions made by PsB staff are final and not open to discussion. If any clan/org is found attempting to circumvent our decision, then we may revoke access to our system permanently. We may decide to continue denying access despite the cheater being removed from the clan/org. This is our right. We are under no obligation to provide access to the AMBL system. If we are not comfortable with the attitude displayed by the clan/org or the lead admin, then we may continue to deny access.
