Definitions of the Account Status Levels

JOIN
This is a new application which is waiting approval from our accounts team. You will normally receive an e-mail within 72 hours of submitting the application, for either approval, rejection or clarification of the application.
DENY
This is an application that has been denied for some reason. This could include the fact that a clan may already have an old account they can use (we try to avoid duplicates), or a problem with the application.
VERIFY
This is an application that has already been approved by our accounts team. When an account switches into this status, an e-mail is sent out to the address registered on the application form with an activation link. We resend these once a week for 3-4 weeks automatically. In order to use the account, you need to click on the link. If you haven't received your e-mail, please post in the accounts forum for assistance.
ACTIVE
This is the normal state of an account on our system, when it has been accepted and is ready to be used for streaming. Please note that on new accounts, there may be a delay after the account moves into ACTIVE until details about the new account have been added to all of our systems (causing Auto-MBL code 8 errors amongst others).
UPDATE
This state is identical to ACTIVE, except it just tells us that details on the account have changed recently. There is absolutely no functional difference to ACTIVE. Also read: Regarding "update status" for more information.
INACTIVE
This means that the account has been disabled, perhaps due to inactivity or a problem with the account. Please post in the member accounts forum if you wish to re-use an account in INACTIVE status and our staff can reactivate it.
