PB Server Command
PB_SV_FileDel [Slot]
Deletes a specified client MD5 file hash check (created using the PB_SV_File command) from the list in the server's memory.

Parameters
- [Slot] - The slot number of the check to be removed, which is determined by using the PB_SV_FileList command.
